Net earnings rose 4.3 percent to $147.3 million, or 54 cents a share compared with the year-ago quarter. Revenue rose 3.5 percent to $20.4 billion.
The company said it expects net earnings per share for fiscal 2012 to be in the range of $2.74 to $2.84 a share. The company said it anticipates flat to modest revenue growth. It expects to spend about $400 million to repurchase shares in fiscal 2012.
