Airbnb Launches Pricing Feature For Hosts

Airbnb Inc. announced a new feature this week that digs into the site's data to maximize booking and price points for hosts. The feature uses a model to predict the probability of a guest booking the host's listing and looks at the price range and dates. The model includes suggestions of lowering a price to get more bookings. The home-sharing company said it would "gradually" launch the pricing tips.
