The buyer is New York surgeon Evan Goldstein and his partner, Andrew Yu. Compass broker Melissa Marcogliese, who repped the couple, declined to comment.

Neumann has also listed the larger of his two Manhattan properties: a massive triplex penthouse and a second duplex apartment at 78 Irving Place near Gramercy Park for $37.5 million.

He also owns a townhouse at 41 W. 11th St. in Greenwich Village, which he and Rebekah bought in 2013 for $10.5 million. The house is not publicly listed for sale.

In addition, Neumann’s West Coast property, a seven-bedroom residence known as “Guitar House” in the Bay Area, recently listed for $27.5 million, Bloomberg reports. The couple paid $21.4 million, a record for the neighborhood, in 2018, according to the Wall Street Journal.
