Kabel Deutschland says no break-up fee for Vodafone deal

Kabel Deutschland said there was no break-up fee included in Vodafone's 7.7 billion euro ($10 billion) takeover deal announced earlier on Monday.

The company said there was no break-up fee for both sides of the deal. ($1 = 0.7612 euros)
