While taking a car in for repairs tends to have us holding onto our wallets for dear life, it might not be as bad as we think. In fact, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2011 U.S. Customer Service Index Study, only about 7% of service customers said they felt pressured by their dealer to sell them service they thought  to be unnecessary.
