What: Eco-friendly wall decals for nurseries and toddler's rooms

How:  Having previously worked for PayPal and eBay, Webber had always been interested in e-commerce. When she decided to venture out on her own into the world of online shopping, she knew she wanted to market something with a "talkability" feature built into it.

"People really love talking about kids, their nurseries and decorating their rooms," she said. "I like working with customers that have that passion."

Where: Bay Area, Calif.

In her own words: "There is a really emotional element to personalizing a child's room. Moms really want playful, personalized spaces for their kids."
