How: Turner previously worked in marketing and customer service in Denver,Colo. and relocated to Washington, D.C. In 2009. Starting his own company was something he had always wanted to do, and it finally felt right.

"It was just the realization of a personal dream," he said.

Biggest lesson learned from a customer: "They are looking for us to provide them with a consistent view of the bigger picture," he said. "They want a roadmap."
