CHICAGO (Reuters) - McDonald's Corp <MCD.N> on Monday posted a 6 percent increase in sales at established restaurants, helped by an expansion of its beverage offerings in the United States.
April sales at restaurants open at least 13 months were up 4 percent in the United States .

The world's biggest hamburger chain also reported that same-restaurant sales rose 6.5 percent in Europe and 6.5 percent in McDonald's Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa unit.
