According to a new infographic from commercial real estate leasing marketplace TheSquareFoot, company culture is every bit as vital to business success as you thought it was.

- Companies with happy employees outperform competitors by 20 percent.
- Highly engaged employees are 38 percent more likely to have above-average levels of productivity.
- Happy salespeople make 37 percent more sales.
