Interline Brands to Go Private for $812M

Industrial products distributor Interline Brands Inc agreed to be bought by a private equity group led by Goldman Sachs Capital Partners LP and P2 Capital Partners LLC, in a deal valued at about $811.9 million.

The offer of $25.50 is at a premium of about 42 percent to Interline's Friday close of $17.94 on the Nasdaq.
