Dockless Bike Sharing Creates Headaches for City Officials

Today is the first time the US is celebrating National Bike to Work Day, and those who don't have bikes of their own will likely turn to bike-sharing services. In New York, for example, it's easy enough to pick up a Citi Bike, but a number of cities are experimenting with dockless bike sharing, whereby riders leave their bikes anywhere they please once they're done. This might be convenient for people who don't live near bike-share docking stations, but it's creating headaches for a number of cities around the world. Mashable has all the details.
