Dish Network CEO Clayton to retire in March; co-founder Ergen to take over

Dish Network CEO Joseph Clayton is retiring next month.

The satellite TV provider said Monday that Clayton, who is also president, will be stepping down on March 31. Co-founder and Chairman Charles Ergen, who previously served as CEO and president, will take over again.

Clayton, who has been CEO since June 2011, will also retire from the board.

Dish Network Corp. is based in Englewood, Colorado.
