The landmark Supreme Court rulings have increased the likelihood that Trump makes it to the election without divulging his tax returns — which may ultimately hurt his chances of winning re-election.

Former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, was quick to reignite his criticism of President Trump for fighting to keep his tax returns, banking and other financial documents private.

Biden is expected to lay out a plan that calls for aggressively ramping up "Buy American" provisions covering U.S. government spending that would account for a larger part of the U.S. economy.
