Jeb Bush Gets Aggressive… On College Campuses

The Jeb Bush camp is making an aggressive push for the Millennial vote according to his son and Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush.

During an interview on the FOX Business Network’s Mornings with Maria he said the effort includes deploying young people in early battleground states like Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.

“Young people add vibrancy... to a campaign -- but when it comes down to it, it’s about policy and young people are tired of being told that entitlement programs are going to be around for them--that college tuition is skyrocketing and that economic opportunities aren’t there for them,” he said.

According to Bush, the agenda focuses on reining in the size and scope of college tuition costs.

“The size of college debt right now exceeds all forms of debt in our country; it exceeds consumer credit debt… This could be one of the biggest economic bubbles out there that we’re witnessing,” he said.
