1. Weight Watchers International [WTW]


Weight Watchers International posted a full-year outlook that dramatically trailed Wall Street's estimates amid waning attendance at weight-loss meetings. The shares are nose diving 20% in pre-market action.

2. Jos. A. Bank [JOSB]


Men's Clothing Wars: Jos. A. Bank said it would buy the parent company of Eddie Bauer from a private-equity firm for $825 million. The move could put an end to Men's Wearhouse's bid to merge with the firm. Jos. A. Bank are falling 2% in the pre-market, while Men's Wearhouse plunged close to 8%.

3. J.M. Smucker [SJW]


J.M. Smuckers shares are coming under pressure after the jam and coffee seller posted weaker-than-expected quarterly results and chopped down its full-year outlook.

4. Netflix [NFLX]


The second season of Netflix's ultra-popular political drama House of Cards comes out Friday. The video streaming service has benefited from several original successes and it will be interesting to see how this show picks up. The shares are up 0.23%.

5. Valentine's Day Picks


What would Valentine's Day be without a few romantic stock picks? Keep an eye on Limited Brands, the owner of intimate apparel maker Victoria's Secret. Chocolate is always in fashion too, so watch Hershey and Nestle shares.
