1. Target [TGT]


Target's woes deepened Friday, after the retailer said additional information on 70 million individuals was stolen in one of the worst commercial data breaches in history. The store also slashed its fourth-quarter adjusted profit outlook. The shares are skidding 2% in the pre-market.

2. Alcoa [AA]


Alcoa kicked off earnings season with mixed quarterly results. The aluminum giant's fourth-quarter EPS missed views, but sales topped estimates. The shares are sliding 5% in pre-market trading.

3. Sears Holdings [SHLD]


Sears Holdings shares are plummeting more than 10% in pre-market action after the owner of Kmart said current-quarter comparable-store sales are down from the prior three months and the prior year.

4. Abercrombie & Fitch [ANF]


Abercrombie & Fitch boosted its full-year profit forecast on stronger-than-expected current-quarter sales. The shares are shooting higher by some 16% in pre-market action.

5. BlackBerry [BBRY]


BlackBerry shares are climbing 2% in pre-market trading after RBC raised the beleaguered smartphone make to "sector-perform" from "underperform."
