1. Eli Lilly [LLY]

FOX Business New Editor / Reporter Victoria Craig says she's watching shares of Eli Lilly. The pharmaceutical heavyweight revealed a 2014 outlook that matched analysts' expectations, but the shares still slumped 2% in pre-market action.

2. Raytheon [RTN]

Raytheon shares climbed in the pre-market after analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch upped their price target on the defense giant to $94 from $82.

3. Apple [AAPL]

Apple shares edged up in pre-market trading after the world's largest technology company said App Store sales topped $10 billion last year. It's worth noting the sales are a drop in the bucket for the massive company. Indeed, analysts expect Apple's sales for the calendar forth quarter alone to come in at $57 billion.

4. Humana [HUM]

Humana shares took a 2% hit in pre-market trading after analysts at Deutsche Bank cut the health insurer to "sell" from "hold."

5. Textron [TXT]

Textron shares skidded in pre-market action after analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch cut the maker of Cessna aircraft to "neutral" from "buy."
