The current owners, who bought the home in 2008 for $782,000, originally listed it at $1.7 million. Now, they are capitalizing on the Trump name by taking it to the auction block hours before the last presidential debate, which will be moderated by Fox News. The suggested opening bid at auction is $849,000.
