Rove Has Cordial Convo with Trump in Steve Wynn's House

Karl Rove, who has publicly spoken about his views on Trump told the FOX Business Network’s Stuart Varney that he met with Trump at casino mogul Steve Wynn’s home in Manhattan ten days ago.

“I was asked to meet with him by a mutual friend, and happy to do so. We met for about two hours at the apartment of Steve Wynn, our mutual friend, the Las Vegas casino and hotel owner, and we had a cordial conversation for about two hours,” he said.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump, on Friday, repeatedly attacked Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is overseeing a class-action lawsuit against against Trump University, over his Mexican heritage.

“He also obscured the fact that he had an endorsement from Paul Ryan, last week, and he also stepped on the news about having raised $6 million from veterans. He had already however damaged that in part by being angry when talking with the press about it, rather than sharing the triumph on what he had done on behalf of all these veteran groups and mocking the press for thinking that he wouldn’t get the job done of raising $6 million,” said Rove.

Rove said the latest incident didn’t impact his meeting with Trump.
