Weight Watchers CFO Sardini to Retire in June

Weight Watchers (NYSE:WTW) said its chief financial officer Anna Sardini will retire from the weight management company in June.

A successor has not yet been named.

Sardini will resign from her CFO duties at the end of March, but will remain on board in an advisory capacity until she retires on June 29 to ensure a smooth transition.

Weight Watchers CEO David Kirchhoff thanked Sardini for her decade of service, where she helped transform the once $400 million subsidiary into a $2 billion public company.

“I will continue to root for the company's success," Sardini said.
