How: After being laid off from her finance job in 2009, Azille volunteered as a life coach for at-risk youth and teens.

"I realized how fulfilling it was, and how much I liked it," she said.

From there, she developed her business and started coaching entrepreneurs and employees seeking help in their personal and professional lives.
