An $8.99 million home listed in Beverly Hills comes with a storied showbiz past.

The sellers are producer John Goldwyn, former president of motion pictures at Paramount and executive producer on shows like “Dexter,” and Jeff Klein, the hotelier behind the Sunset Tower Hotel and the San Vicente Bungalows.

Previous residents of the 4,984-square-foot include Katharine Hepburn and Boris Karloff, according to the listing with Brendan Fitzpatrick of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Karloff used the little oasis as a farm when he lived there, according to the real estate firm. He planted laurel and eucalyptus hedges around the property and a fruit orchard with plums, oranges, grapefruits, lemons, limes, peaches, apricots and avocados, as well as a rose garden.

The 1927-built estate includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The home features whitewashed brick walls, exposed wood beam ceilings and a terracotta roof. There are six indoor fireplaces and two outdoors, plus an outdoor pizza oven and a heated in-ground pool.

The interior of the home has been updated with central air, top-of-the-line appliances and luxurious bathrooms, according to the real estate team. The master suite includes a sitting area, fireplace, dressing room, large soaker tub and a separate shower with a bench seat.
