The 13,000-square-foot penthouse sits above the luxury retailer’s Palm Beach location. It’s listed for $17.5 million with Gary Pohrer and John Reynolds of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The building’s new owner, Kean Development Company, is in the process of refurbishing the street level of the building and plans to add the luxe penthouse to the second floor and rooftop.
