Known as Great Point Lodge, the property features meadows, timber, trout ponds and trails, plus a 16,000-square-foot home with panoramic views of the Gallatin Range and Spanish Peaks.
The home includes eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and one half-bath, according to the listing with Martha Johnson of The Big Sky Real Estate Co.
The lodge-style home is built with reclaimed timber and stone, according to the listing. Each bedroom suite includes a private outdoor porch or patio. The master suite features an outdoor shower on its covered porch.
The home also includes amenities like a spa with sauna, hot tub overlooking the pond, a pizza room next to the kitchen, a custom bar with a 144-gallon saltwater aquarium, gaming area and wine cellar.
The property is located conveniently close to skiing, and Johnson said an owner could install a ski lift or rope town on the mountain behind the house.
