Superior Group of Cos., Inc. engages in the manufacture and sale of uniforms, corporate identity apparel, career apparel, and accessories to the medical and health fields as well as for the industrial, commercial, leisure, and public safety industries. It operates through the following segments: Branded Products, Healthcare Apparel, and Contact Centers. The Branded Products segment produces and sells customized merchandising solutions, promotional products and branded uniform programs. The Healthcare Apparel segment manufactures and sells a wide range of healthcare apparel, such as scrubs, lab coats, protective apparel and patient gowns. The Contact Centers segment offers outsourced, nearshore business process outsourcing, contact and call-center support services. The company was founded in 1920 and is headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL.
