It operates through the following segments: Professional and Industrial, Science, Engineering, and Technology, Education, Outsourcing and Consulting, and International. The Professional and Industrial segment includes the provision of administrative, accounting and finance, light industrial, contact center staffing, and other workforce solutions. The Science, Engineering, and Technology segment focuses on staffing, outcome-based, permanent placement services, clinical research, and telecommunications. The Education segment involves offering education and therapy services talent through staffing, permanent placement, and executive search services to Pre-K-12 school districts and organizations. The Outsourcing and Consulting segment consists of global talent supply chain and workforce solutions, including Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Payroll Process Outsourcing (PPO), and executive coaching programs. The company was founded by William Russell Kelly on October 7, 1946 and is headquartered in Troy, MI.
