The International Solutions segment includes Argentina, Colombia, Bahrain, and United Arab Emirates. The Other segment involves BENTEC manufacturing and engineering operations. The company was founded by Walter Hugo Helmerich II and William Payne in 1920 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
