Obama's Aides Favor Veto of Boehner Plan

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama's advisers believe the debt limit legislation proposed by Republican House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner should be vetoed and would recommend that the president reject if it reaches his desk, the White House said Tuesday.
The administration said in a written statement that it ''strongly opposes'' the Boehner bill.
