James Comey has major ‘Messiah complex:’ Corey Lewandowski
President Trump on Friday tweeted that former FBI Director James Comey is a liar and illegally leaked classified information.
During an interview with FOX News on Thursday Comey denied the release of his memos about conversations with President Trump with multiple people was a ‘leak.’ He also denied knowing who was behind the Democrat-funded anti-Trump dossier.
Former Trump Campaign Manager Corey Lewandowski on Friday told FOX Business Comey believes he’s a savior.
“Jim Comey has the largest “messiah complex” there is,” Lewandowski said to Maria Bartiromo on “Mornings with Maria.”
Lewandowski said Comey has no authority to determine what is "classified."
He added the Election Day results shocked Comey.
“He has done everything that has benefitted Jim Comey because his friends McCabe, Strzok, Page - they had an insurance policy against Trump,” he said. “They never thought he was going to win and now they woke up on Election Day and said, 'Uh oh. What just happened?' We are in trouble because they know they were covering for the Clinton campaign.”
