Zynga's Founding CEO Mark Pincus To Step Down

Zynga Inc.'s founding CEO Mark Pincus will step down this week, but will continue to serve as executive chairman on the company's board of directors. On March 7, Pincus will be replaced by Frank Gibeau, who joined the mobile game maker's board in August 2015. Previously, Gibeau, 47, served 25 years at Electronic Arts , most recently as executive vice president of EA Mobile. Shares of Zynga rose 5% to $2.27 in after-hours trade. They were down 17% over the last three months through Tuesday's close.
