It was quite a turnaround for the markets Tuesday. A broad based rally hitting the tape with all 10 S&P sectors closing the day in the green. When the bell finally rang, the Dow had climbed 113, the S&P ending the session nearly 12 points higher. With these gains, the Dow is now back in positive territory for the year.
Breaking in the final hour of trade, Twitter news courtesy of our own Charlie Gasparino. Twitter started to rally off its 52-week low following Charlie's tweet the company could possibly sell itself to Google and Facebook, according to his banking sources.
