Whistleblower To Get $600,000 After Giving SEC Information In Paradigm Case

A whistleblower in a case involving Paradigm Capital Management Inc. will receive more than $600,000 for providing the Securities and Exchange Commission with information, the SEC said Tuesday. The SEC said the whistleblower, who is not named, suffered "unique hardships" as a result of reporting to the agency. The SEC said information provided by the whistleblower led to an SEC enforcement action against the firm.
