'Whiplash,' 'American Sniper' Win Sound Award Oscars

LOS ANGELES – "Whiplash," the film from Sony Corp.'s Sony Pictures Classics took top honors for sound mixing while "American Sniper," a product of Time Warner Inc.'s Warner Bros. Pictures won for sound editing at Sunday's Academy Awards.
