Wells Fargo Raises Dividend By 3% To 39 Cents a Share

Wells Fargo & Co. announced late Tuesday it was increasing its dividend by 3% to 39 cents a share. The dividend is payable Sept. 1 to shareholders of record on August 4. Shares of Wells Fargo rose 0.4% in late trading, having ended the regular session up 1.5%.
