Walt Disney Co. Raises Annual Dividend To $1.15 a Share

Walt Disney Co. said its board declared an annual cash dividend of $1.15 a share, up 29 cents, or 34%, from the previous year. The dividend is payable Jan. 8, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close on Dec. 15, 2014.
