Wall Street Not 'Pleased' With Penney and Other #Stocks2Watch

1. J.C. Penney [JCP]

J.C. Penney said it was 'pleased' with its holiday performance and reaffirmed its fourth-quarter outlook. Still, the shares are stumbling more than 7% in early trading.

2. Twitter [TWTR]

Twitter shares are in the red again after analysts at Cantor Fitzgerald sliced the microblogging site's outlook to "sell" from "hold." Cantor maintained its $32 price target, but said the fundamentals don't support Twitter's high share price.

3. Forest Laboratories [FRX]

Forest Laboratories said it would buy privately-held Aptalis for $2.9 billion in cash. The shares are surging 10% in pre-market action.

4. Micron [MU]

Micron shares are roaring higher in the pre-market after the chipmaker posted better-than-expected quarterly profits and revenues. The firm has found success in making key components for mobile devices and PCs.

5. Constellation Brands [STZ]

Constellation Brands is seeing its shares bubble higher in the pre-market after the beer importer said its quarterly profits nearly doubled. The company also boosted its adjusted profit view.
