Walgreen Ticker Changes To WBA After Merger With Boots Alliance

NEW YORK – Walgreen Co.'s ticker has changed to WBA effective trading Wednesday, following the close of its merger with Boots Alliance, the company said in a statement. Walgreen has become a fully-owned unit of Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. with shares converting into WBA shares on a one-for-one basis.
