Wal-Mart In Talks to Buy Jet.com: WSJ

Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT) is in talks to buy online discount retailer Jet.com according to the Wall Street Journal in what would mark a disappointing end for one of the most ambitious challengers to Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN).

The deal could be valued around $3 billion. Wal-mart has a market cap of $226 billion and has struggled to build its online arm.
