Printing products and services company 3D Systems Corp. said Monday that Vyomesh Joshi has been appointed president and chief executive officer, effective immediately. Joshi previously led HP Inc.'s printing business. He succeeds Andy Johnson, who served as the interim president and CEO since the departure of the previous CEO, Avi Reichental, in October 2015. Johnson will continue on as vice president and chief legal officer. Shares of the company's stock are up 0.4% in premarket trading, and up 74% for the year so far. However, the stock is down 45% for the past 12 months. The S&P 500 is up 0.3% for the past year.
