Vivint Solar CEO Butterfield To Step Down

Vivint Solar Inc. said late Monday Chief Executive Greg Butterfield has stepped down and David Bywater, formerly chief operating officer at Vivint Smart Home, will serve as interim CEO. The company will conduct a search for a permanent CEO in the coming weeks, it said in a statement. Shares of Vivint were flat in late trading after ending the regular trading day down 3.9%.
