Visteon Names Sachin Lawande CEO Effective June 29

Visteon Corp. said Wednesday it has appointed Sachin Lawande as chief executive, effective June 29. Lawande, who was recently president of the infotainment division of Harman International Industries, will replace Timothy D. Leuliette, the car parts maker said in a statement. The executive has held senior roles at QNX Software and 3Com Corp. Visteon shares were not yet active in premarket trade, but are up 2.9% in the year so far, while the S&P 500 has gained 1%.
