Visa Hikes Quarterly Dividend By 20% To 48 Cents a Share

Visa Inc. said Wednesday it's raising its quarterly dividend by 20% to 48 cents a share. The new dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of Nov. 14. The increase raises the Dow component's annual dividend to $1.92 a share from $1.60 a share. Shares are down 5.3% in the year through Wednesday's close, while the Dow has fallen 0.7%.
