Visa Board Hikes Quarterly Dividend By 17%

Visa Inc. said late Wednesday that its board approved a 17% hike in the company's dividend. The new dividend of 14 cents a share will be paid Dec. 1 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 13. Visa shares were fractionally higher at $75.49 in after-hours activity.
