U.S. Weekly Oil, Natural-gas Rig Count Down 22: Baker Hughes

Baker Hughes on Friday reported that the number of U.S. rigs actively drilling for oil and natural gas as of April 24 fell 22 rigs from last week to 932. The count is down 929 rigs from last year. The number of oil rigs fell 31 for the week to 703. June oil was last at $57.27, down 47 cents, or 0.7%, on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
