U.S. Stocks Open Sharply Lower; Dow Drops 190 Points

U.S. stocks began the week on a downbeat note Monday with indexes seeing sharp declines following breakdown in Greece talks and weak economic data. The S&P 500 opened 19 points, or 0.9%, lower at 2,075. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 190 points, or 1.1%, to 17,712. The Nasdaq Composite began the day down 53 points, or 1.1% to 4,996.
