U.S. Stocks Open Little Changed; S&P 500 Near Records

U.S. stocks opened little changed on Monday, with the S&P 500 only a fraction away from the record level set on Friday. The S&P 500 opened 2 points lower at 2,120.77. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was off 7 points at 18,264. The Nasdaq Composite began the session down 10 points, or 0.2%, to 5,038.60.
