U.S. Stocks Inch Higher Ahead Of Fed Meeting
NEW YORK – The U.S. stock market began Wednesday's session little changed, as investors await the decision from the Federal Open Market Committee that is expected to spell the end of its bond-buying program. The S&P 500 was flat at 1,985.08. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 24 points, or 0.1%, to 17,029.51. The Nasdaq Composite began the day down 12 points, or 0.3%, at 4,551.15.
