U.S. Stocks End Choppy Session Slightly Lower
U.S. stocks ended Monday's choppy session slightly lower as equities came under pressure following Greece's overwhelming rejection of bailout terms and moved closer to a potential exit from the eurozone. The main indexes opened with sharp losses and pared them later, but ended with modest losses. The S&P 500 closed 7.98 points, or 0.4% lower at 2,068.80. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 46.13 points, or 0.3%, to 17,683.98. The Nasdaq Composite ended the day down 17.27 points, or 0.3% at 4,991.97.
