U.S. Stock Finish Slightly Higher After Fed Minutes

U.S. stocks closed slightly higher Wednesday after investors digested the Fed's mid-March meeting minutes against recent weak economic data. Stocks were volatile after the release of the minutes, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 Index venturing back and forth between gains and losses.
