Twitter Reportedly Bought $70 Million Stake In SoundCloud: Recode

Twitter Inc. has invested $70 million in music service SoundCloud, Recode reported, citing sources familiar with the matter. Recode reported that Twitter had bought the stake earlier this year as part of a round that would value SoundCloud at about $700 million. Shares of Twitter were down less than 1% after hours.
